On the design side, we have a staff of ten who are involved in the design of hydraulic systems such as hydrostatic transmissions, integrated circuits and manifold blocks. We use the latest technology to generate, production drawings, suitable for CNC programming and manufacture, assembly drawings with overall view and dimensions and finally circuit drawings including performance specifications and parts lists.

 

A specially tailored CAD programme "Hydroman", from Dutch company, Paro Engineering has proved to be an outstanding asset to our company and it's

customers. It provides a unique service to our industry, whilst combining flexibility, cost-effectiveness and excellent delivery times.

 

Axiom Hydraulics have been involved with Sun Hydraulics for nearly fifteen years and have developed a close working relationship during this time. They have invested heavily in manifold manufacturing technology, including CNC machines, utilizing Sun tooling, as well as designated high-tech CAD software, to design and manufacture manifold blocks in South Africa.
